These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyApp mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the Service with parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyApp on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
You agree not to: (a) violate laws or rights of others; (b) reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app; (c) transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to disrupt the Service or servers.
MyApp may offer auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are owned by Junwei Xu or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beijing.
